We Want You To Be Happy.
If you are not satisfied with your Biscotti TV Phone (the "Product"), Biscotti's return policy allows you to return the Products purchased by you directly from Biscotti within 30 days from the date of shipment from Biscotti.
If the item is returned undamaged, in its original condition, and in the original packaging in accordance with this policy, we will gladly exchange it or offer a refund of the purchase price paid. All returns to Biscotti require a Return Material Authorization ("RMA") prior to shipment.

To promptly process an RMA request, please note the following:
- All Products must be packed in the original, unmarked packaging including any accessories, manuals, documentation, and registration that shipped with the Product.
- A restocking fee will be assessed on any hardware that is damaged or missing.
- The RMA number must be included with the returned Product.
- Shipping and handling charges, gift wrap fees, and taxes paid (e.g., state, customs) are not refundable.
- Refunds will be made only to the account used to make the original purchase.
- The Product must be received by Biscotti within 10 days after issuance of the RMA.
If you return Product to Biscotti; (a) without a RMA from Biscotti, (b) beyond the 10 day RMA issuance period, or (c) without proper packaging, Biscotti retains the right to either refuse delivery of such return or charge you a restocking fee.
The time to credit your account may vary, depending on processing time. Please allow up to four (4) weeks for Biscotti to credit the account used to make the original purchase. This return policy is subject to change without notice.

Replacement: What to Expect
Most product returns are are processed and shipped within 48 hours of receipt of your package. If your shipment is going to be delayed for any reason, we will contact you via the e-mail address you provided.
Replacement: Return Shipping Instructions
For return shipping of your Biscotti TV Phone, we will provide prepaid shipping via USPS Priority Shipping. Please review the shipping instructions shown below.
1. Place everything back into the Biscotti TV Phone product box
- Biscotti TV Phone
- Power Supply
- Biscotti Remote Control
- Mounting Kit
2. As part of your RMA, you will receive a USPS pre-paid shipping label. Please print the attached label.
3. Take Biscotti TV Phone to any US Post Office
- Pick up a Free Priority Mail Padded Flat Rate Envelope
- Place your Biscotti TV Phone inside envelope
- Attach label to envelope & seal
- Drop in Outbound Mail or give to Postal employee.
